 Courses

    •    All courses and content are the property of Lovie Girl LLC.

    •    Course content may only be used for personal use. Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from Lovie Girl LLC.

    •    Materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the course. As a registrant, you may view and read all materials in the course dashboard and print any files for your personal use.

    •    You may not share, publish, or distribute course content, logins, recordings, links, or materials.

    •    These terms apply upon registration, during the course, and after completion, withdrawal, or termination.

 

 Course Access

    •    Only registered participants have access to the course dashboard.

 

 Refunds for Courses

    •    Once you have joined and logged into a course, you will not receive a refund for any reason.

 

  Effective Period

    •    Once joined, lifetime access is granted. However, access may be revoked if policies are abused.

1:1 Coaching Services

    •    Coaching is conducted via Zoom and is focused on developing awareness, growth, and goals.

    •    The success of coaching depends on your openness and commitment.

    •    Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

 

Coaching Confidentiality

    •    Lovie Girl LLC fully protects the privacy of coaching communications. No details of your coaching relationship will be shared without your permission unless required by law.

 

Coaching Sessions

    •    Both Coach and Client commit to starting and ending on time.

    •    If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session is considered canceled and 50% of the session fee will be refunded.

 

Cancellations & Reschedules

    •    Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the appointment.

    •    If not, only a 50% refund will be given, and a new session must be booked.

    •    Monthly package cancellations are determined upon request.

Coaching
