Courses
• All courses, digital products, and content are the intellectual property of Lovie Girl LLC.
• Course materials are for personal use only. Permission to use, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content must be obtained in writing from Lovie Girl LLC.
• Materials are intended solely for the use of the individual purchaser or registered participant.
• Course content, digital downloads, recordings, login information, links, and materials may not be shared, copied, sold, distributed, or transferred.
• These terms apply upon purchase and remain in effect after completion, withdrawal, or termination of access.
Course Access
• Access is granted only to the individual purchaser or registered participant.
Refund Policy for Digital Products & Courses
• Due to the digital nature of our products and programs, all sales are final.
• Once access has been granted to a course or digital product, refunds will not be provided.
Access Period
• Lifetime access is granted unless otherwise stated.
• Access may be revoked if these policies are violated or abused.

1:1 COACHING SERVICES
• Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom and are designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, goal achievement, and personal development.
• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment.
• Results vary and are dependent upon each client’s commitment, participation, and implementation.
Coaching Confidentiality
• Lovie Girl LLC respects and protects the confidentiality of coaching communications.
• Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed without permission unless required by law.
Coaching Sessions
• Both Coach and Client agree to begin and end sessions at the scheduled time.
• If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the session may be considered canceled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
• Coaching package cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
